Located in what was the Immigration and Naturalization Services building, the landmark building has been transformed into ‘INScape the largest arts and cultural enclave in Seattle’.
A dynamic repurposed space, the design of the studio demonstrates our commitment to architectural creativity, and sustainable building. The layout of studio space incorporates passive strategies to reduce energy consumption, with large operable windows, that maximize natural daylight and cross ventilation. Constructed with FSC certified plywood work stations, and shelving maintain an open office that fosters collaboration and connectivity.
